We inspect every corner of your home via a limited visual inspection designed to inspect and identify all systems and components of your home for any function, condition or safety deficiencies as defined by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice.

For Residential Inspections, standard items inspected are:

These items are inspected via systematic approach of exterior top down, interior top down, foundation, and systems all combined with a room-by-room approach.

Ash The Home Inspector offers drone services and different aerial imaging; however, whenever possible we still prefer to walk the roof for inspection.  It is very common in Hawaii to have a metal roof.  With metal roofs, we believe a hands on approach yields the best answers when looking at roofing nails or screws, surface rust, dirt, mold/mildew, overgrown vegetation, paint and paint oxidation, flashing, gutters, vent stack and mast penetrations, etc. 

We guarantee to get your home inspected well within your J1 period and your final report and any estimate requests within 24 hours upon inspection completion.  The inspection process steps once you are in contract and escrow is opened are:
