Repair Estimation Options After InspectionAsh The Home Inspector offers two types of repair estimates post inspection
Our report allows the inspector, client or agent to pull selected items from the report into a new repair request document and assign credit dollar amounts on our REPAIR REQUEST BUILDER.
Ash The Handyman LLC often provides custom repair estimates to our sister company Ash The Home Inspector as a formal estimate to supplement the Ash The Home Inspector Repair Request Builder. In the event inspected homes need major repairs, Ash The Handyman LLC will perform a site visit and provide a custom repair estimate.

Escrow Billing
If your clients would like to pay for their home inspection at the close of escrow, Ash The Home Inspector will charge escrow for the cost of the inspection, Hawaii General Excise Tax and an $85 escrow billing fee.
